With a track record of 7+ years of experience in crypto and Web3 marketing, working with over 200 startup projects, Dejan is known for his ability to drive growth and achieve results. Prior to entering the blockchain sector in early 2017, Dejan accumulated five years of digital marketing experience, specializing in content strategy and execution. His early focus in the crypto space was on community and growth campaigns, where he demonstrated a keen ability to build and nurture engaged communities. Over time, Dejan transitioned into high-level advisory roles, providing strategic guidance to prominent projects such as Cartesi, AIOZ Network, and Wilder World. At Innovion, Dejan leverages his deep knowledge of the crypto ecosystem and extensive network, from VCs, exchanges and launchpads, to major influencers and content creators.

A former co-founder of blockchain marketing consultancy Renowned & Co, Laura has previously advised leading projects such as Akropolis, BetProtocol, xDai/POA Network and Ocean Protocol. At Innovion, Laura utilizes her network to create valuable connections for project teams.
Laura Toma Founder | CBDOA top PR and marcom consultant, Monica has +15 years experience in designing communication strategies, brand building, creative campaigns and crisis management. She managed complex projects in PR global networks for household names likeSociété Générale, Mastercard and Orange and she trained 200+ C-level executives for media, presentations and public speaking skills. In 2018 Monica started to work in web3 - as head of comms, then CMO and senior advisor for Ocean Protocol. In Innovion, Monica is leveraging her expertise in strategy, PR and creative to support clients to reach their full potential. Monica has a bachelor degree in Political Science - she studied economics, statistics and law at Institut d’Études Politiques, Aix-en-Provence, and at Faculté de Sciences Po, ULB, Bruxelles; and she has a professional diploma from Chartered Institute of Public Relations, London, UK.
Monica Botez Partner | CSOCristina is a co-founder of Ocean Protocol, WefflerMark and Cerise Noire. Previously, she worked in advertising global groups at Graffiti BBDO and MullenLowe Group and technology companies - BigchainDB and RomSys, with direct involvement in 700+ events, building brand identities and curating customer experiences for clients such as Vodafone, LOreal and Mercedes-Benz. Cristina studied blockchain strategies and alternative investments at Harvard, MIT and Oxford Saïd. Cristina will coordinate the creative and events unit in Innovion, leveraging her extensive network of global creative resources.
